EM 13: Need To Remove Some Old Monitoring Credentials In Cloud Control (Doc ID 2505909.1)

In OEM 13c Cloud Control Console, on the Security page "Monitoring Credentials > Database Instance", there are some "Database Usage Tracking Credentials" &
"Monitoring Database Credentials", all w/a "yellow hourglass" Status icon, that are all for old Databases (that no longer exist), and these Credentials (apparently)
can't be removed (as there is no "Delete" button).  Clicking on the "Clear" button results in error that says: "Out of box monitoring credentials cannot be cleared." 
(See screen-shot below, menu: Setup > Security > Monitoring Credentials, select Database Instance, click Manage Monitoring Credentials, select Target of interest,
click Clear.)  How can these be removed?
