EM 13c : Click On Any Specific Patch In Patch Recommendations Shows <Patch_number> Not Found. (Doc ID 2507512.1)

Symptoms

Unable to view any patch details through patches and update or saved patches screen on the EM console,

Seen error as Details for Patch <Patch_Number> not found. Please refer to the OMS logs for more information.

Navigate to Enterprise - Provisioning and Patching - Patches & Updates - Patch Recommendations Tab - All Recommendations - Click on any specific patch shows below screen.



This error has been observed for all the patches.
