Symptoms

Enterprise Manager (EM) 12.1.0.5 Cloud Control Agent crashes frequently while collecting Streams-related database metrics.

Error Stack from <Agent Base>/agent_inst/sysman/log/emagent.nohup file:

Also observed the following message while running the emctl commands on agent:
