EM 13c: Guided Discovery for Targets in Enterprise Manager 13c Cloud Control Gives Errors: Unable to find discovery script for on demand discovery of :oracle.sysman.db and discovery category:ORACLEDB (Doc ID 2515371.1)

Symptoms

An Enterprise Manager (EM) 13.2 Cloud Control Agent was deployed to a Host server along with the database plug-in.   However, trying to discover the targets with the Guided Discovery Process in EM 13.2 results in the following error:
