Goal

Assist  customers with Windows 2012 host metrics, Metrics not loading in Enterprise Manager Cloud Control

To address this error

The host performance page is not loading CPU, Memory Utilization, and filesystem metrics.
The target host page does have OS and memory information.
The target host page has this message: Unable to obtain definition for the selected metrics.
The problem server is in a secure environment and has a Windows OS firewall turned on.
An EM 12c agent with the same operating system and agent binary in a less secure environment is fully functioning.
