OK notifications are not triggered to "Escalation Profile" users

Information in this document applies to any platform.
In RUEI, KO alerts are triggered to the mail recipients added as part of "Escalation Profile" when KPI has reached its threshold.
But, OK notifications are not triggered to these "Escalation Profile" users once the issue is resolved.
