13.1 agent upgrade failed to 13.2 from Upgrade Agent wizard.

The error "oracle.sysman.emSDK.agent.receivelet.ReceiveletException: snmp receivelet failed to bind to port 3872: The socket name is already in use" means upgrade process see another agent process running on the host that is already bound to the assigned port thus can you try shutting down the other agents running on the same server and using port 3872 and try only upgrading one agent.
