EM13c: root.sh is not Executed in Enterprise Manager 13c Cloud Control Agent Push (Doc ID 2521153.1)

Symptoms

The root.sh script is not executed during an Enterprise Manager (EM) 13.3 Cloud Control Agent Push to a Linux platform host. The following error is reported in <AGENT_HOSTNAME>_deploy.log:
