After upgrading Enterprise Manager Cloud Control (EMCC) from 13.2 to 13.3 any Search for Patches (for any Product)
within EM Console fails with "No Patch Found as error occurred. Please refer to the OMS logs for more information".
The REFRESH_FROM_MY_ORACLE_SUPPORT_JOB is running OK but the "OPATCH_PATCH_UPDATE_JOB" is still failing.
Checked Note 1643971.1 ("Unable to complete network operation against My Oracle Support" for MOS job in Enterprise Manager Cloud Control"),
but there is no Websense (or any other) proxy, and wget connections to all the Oracle sites (support.oracle.com, etc.) succeed.
