Symptoms

There is a requirement to forward alerts generated by Enterprise Manager (EM) 12c Cloud Control to a third party tool which is a Java-based application.
The tool can process the alerts and create tickets in Service Now or other monitoring tools.

The third Party tool has been integrated at the enterprise level with all other monitoring tools, so how can EM 12c alerts be processed in this environment?
