Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Enterprise Manager (EM) 13.2 Cloud Control Agent
EM OMS Version : 13.2.0.0.0

An Always On SQL Server is configured in EM using a remote agent with the listener name as the host name.

AlwaysOn targets should be treated the same as traditional clustered targets.
They should be added via the AG listener IP or host name, using a remote agent to monitor the Availability Groups.

The install guide shows how to setup the configuration for both WIA and SQL authentication:

No alerts are being received for ALwaysOnn SQL Server fault conditions, even though the targets have been configured as described.
