EM 13c: Enterprise Manager 13c Cloud Control BIP Report Components not Accessible for some Reports (Doc ID 2525772.1)

Symptoms

Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP) integrated with Enterprise Manager 13.2 Cloud Control.

Access the BIP console as sysman or any other EM user

For some reports, the components are no longer visible.

Importing the saved components into a new folder, to create a new report, is also failing.

Uploading anything in the newly created folder ends up with the error:

   Upload failed

Error below was logged in <OMS Instance Base>/gc_inst/user_projects/domains/GCDomain/servers/BIP/logs/bipublisher/bipublisher.log
