EM 13c: OMSPatcher Post-patch Script Fails with Error: ORA-20110: New invalid objects, patch application is not complete (Doc ID 2525973.1)

Symptoms

Two node Enterprise Manager 13.2 Cloud Control OMS, applying the following patch :

28970534 - EMBP Patch Set Update 13.2.0.0.190115

As per the README the patch binaries are applied successfully but running the scripts , on the OMS 1 Primary Node results in an invalid package in the repository:

From Command Prompt output:

OMS_HOST1:/<OMS MIDDLEWARE HOME>/.omspatcher_storage/oms_session/scripts_<TIMESTAMP>-01>./run_script#2_on_host_<OMS_HOST1>_as_user_zgrid.sh
