EM 13c: Enterprise Manager 13c Cloud Control Blackouts not Following Timezone after Daylight Savings Time (DST) Timezone Change (Doc ID 2531944.1)

Symptoms

In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control

Blackouts are not following the time zone transition after the timezone change to DST.

Once the TZ changed to Daylight Savings Time, the blackouts kept the Standard TZ and are still being executed in this TZ.

Click on the 'Schedule' > 'Later' Date Selection and a menu for the Time Zone for the Blackout drops down.  See the following diagram:

  

 

Also, see the Time Zone Offset used for the Blackout by running the following commands on the EM OMS Host:
