Symptoms
In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control, trying to access the Database (DB) Performance Home Page in IE Browser does not load graphs.
Navigation:
DB Home page --> Performance --> Performance Home
We are getting "Refresh the page to view latest data"
NOTE: Issue is specific to 13.3.2 DB Plugin
