Enterprise Manager (EM) 13.2 Cloud Control

Addding a dataguard (standby database) target from EM 13.2 (either using 'Add Using Guided Process' or by using 'Add Target Declaratively') fails with the following error:


ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied The Connect Descriptor was (DESCRIPTION = (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST = hostname)(PORT = <port>))(CONNECT_DATA = (SID = <SID>)))
