Symptoms

OEM Console -> Setup -> Manage Cloud Control -> Agents
Agent is unreachable due to communication break between agent and the OMS


[agent_inst/bin]$./emctl status agent
Agent is Running and Ready

[agent_inst/bin]$./emctl pingOMS
EMD pingOMS completed successfully

Changes

 'Top SQL Monitoring List' metric enabled on the Repository DataBase.
