Symptoms

Enterprise manager Cloud Control OMS reports the following error while trying to set OMS property "oracle.sysman.ssa.logon.ssa_oms".

[oracle@XXXX ~]$ emctl set property -name oracle.sysman.ssa.logon.ssa_oms -value true
