EM13c : DB deployment using Fleet Fails: Error in file transfer159 (Doc ID 2538931.1)

Symptoms

In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control, trying to perform the "DEPLOY_DB_SOFTWARE" operation using Fleet Maintenance fails during the "Perform file transfer" step.

Issue happens while using the PDP Credentials.

Command to stage and deploy Software:

$ emcli db_software_maintenance -performOperation -name=<User specified Operation name> -purpose=<Operation Type> -target_type=<type of target> -target_list=<list of targets> -normal_credential=<credential name> -privilege_credential=<privileged credential name> -input_file="data:<location of input file>" -[standbyAutoDeploy=true|false]
