OMSPatcher must connect to the Admin Server to analyze or apply the patches on the OMS.
If the Admin Server is not accessible, OMSPatcher fails with the following session error (the same error is also logged in <MIDDLEWARE_HOME>/cfgtoollogs/omspatcher/<PATCH NUMBER>/omspatcher_<TIMESTAMP>_analyze.log or omspatcher_<TIMESTAMP>_deploy.log):
