Symptoms
Applying a Patch (Example: 29141056) on Database target 11.2.0.4 from EM console fails at Analyze Phase with the following error:
The same prereq check at the command line succeeds.
Invoking prereq "checkconflictagainstohwithdetail"
Prereq "checkConflictAgainstOHWithDetail" passed.
OPatch succeeded.
