Symptoms
EM 13c, Database Backup report shows the latest backup time with 1 day delay.
For example, If the backup is taken everyday at 12:02 AM.
A backup is happened on May 7th 12:02 AM and if the user generates backup report on May 7th at 9:00 AM, the report still shows the latest backup time with the value May 6th 12:02 AM
Also on the database home page, last backup timestamp shows May 6, 2019 12:02:10 AM
