OEM 13c: Monitoring Templates not applying to container databases(CDB) (Doc ID 2547950.1)

Symptoms

Applying a Monitoring Template having metrics called (Tablespace used, Tablespace Free or it could be any metrics related to Database ) to Container Database applies successfully but does not update in All Metrics on Container Database.

Navigate to the target CDB home page: Targets > Databases > [select CDB target] > [expand Oracle Database drop down menu] > Monitoring > All Metrics > [the applied Tablespace metrics are not available (displayed)  here]

The Tablespace metric, however, is available (displayed) for the respective Pluggable Database (PDB) targets in the Container Database (CDB)
