Performance Issue With Loading Database Home Page (Doc ID 2550023.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

For all databases the database home page takes in average 15 minutes or more to shown. The page is 100% white during the 15 minutes. If go to All Targets -> select the database -> right click -> Performance -> any option returns quickly. The problem is only with database home page.
