Enterprise Manager (EM) 13.2 Cloud Control
Patch Provisioning

Applying a patch from EM to an Oracle Database target, the wrong OPatch version is pulled from the software library.
Following is job output:

"[INFO] The version of the OPatch patch in Software Library is "11.2.0.3.16".
[INFO] Running OPatch command: "<DB_ORACLE_HOME>/OPatch/opatch version"...
[INFO] The version of the OPatch patch in the Oracle Home is "11.2.0.3.19".
[INFO] OPatch in the Oracle Home "<DB_ORACLE_HOME>" already has the latest version, hence no need to upgrade"


"Check complete: Failed <<<<
Problem: Some or all patch(es) cannot be patched by OPatch.
Recommendation: Please take latest OPatch from My Oracle Support and check compatibility with the patches."

Running OPatch Update from My Oracle Support does not solve the problem.
