OMSPatcher apply/deploy commands while patching OMS fails with the error 'OMSPatcher finds that previous patching session is not yet completed.'.
Same error is also logged in $OMS_ORACLE_HOME/cfgtoollogs/omspatcher/opatch<timestamp>.log
