Discovering Microsoft SQL Server target reports: Test Connection Failed (Doc ID 2553485.1)

Symptoms

Adding Microsoft SQL Server target in Enterprise Manager 13.2 as below: 

Setup -> Add target -> Add Target Manually -> Add Target Declaratively
Select the target server and target type as "Microsoft SQL Server"

Login failed for user 'myuser'. ClientConnectionId:f3e6d8c1-706e-4c36-a2c7-c22182515b16

, _Wbem_Remote_Determination_DynamicProperty;Can't resolve a non-optional query descriptor property [iscluster] (iscluster), _MSSQL_Instance_TestMetric_DynamicProperty;Failed to connect,
Login Failure . Possible reasons are:
Encrypted properties are not provided.
Provided Database Username or Password or both are not correct.
Provided Database User may not exist.
For Remote monitoring using Windows Integrated Authentication, the System UserName must be a domain user with access to both the agent host and the database target host.
