Frequent OHS-2079 and OHS-2171 Errors Seen in ohs[n].log For a Cloud Control Installation (Doc ID 2562085.1)

Symptoms

The OHS HTTP Server which is running as a component of an Oracle Enterprise Manager 13c installation is showing frequent errors in /gc_inst/user_projects/domains/GCDomain/servers/ohs1/logs/ohs[n].log file:
