Symptoms
Non-sysman user not able to generate AWR in OEM 13.3
when trying to generate an AWR report, OEM13.3 gives the following error:
Insufficient Privilege
User OEMTEST does not have sufficient privileges to perform the operation.
Operation: Access to Enterprise Manager management Page
Required Privilege: View Database AWR Reports
Contact Enterprise Manager Administrator to get the privileges required to perform the operation.
The feature was working with OEM13.2.
