Symptoms
1. While trying to "Create Provisioning Profile" only 3 types are displayed
From Weblogic Domain, From Oracle Home, From Installation Media
Menu: Enterprise >> Provisioning and Patching >> Middleware Provisioning
2. When we choose Type as "From Weblogic Domain" and proceed, not able to choose the required WebLogic domain "For Reference Domain" value in "Create Provisioning Profile" page
