EM 13c:DBaaS:PDB Relocate is Failing with Error "ORA-65165: missing or invalid path for file creation DATA" (Doc ID 2576716.1)

Symptoms

Attempting to relocate the PDB from one container to another container with storage type of destination CDB is ASM and the datafiles are non-OMF using the below command

+$<OMS_HOME>/bin/ ./emcli login -username=sysman -password=<pwd>
+$<OMS_HOME>/bin/ ./emcli sync
+$<OMS_HOME>/bin/./emcli db_cloud_maintenance -relocateService –input_file=”data:<absolute_path_to_input_file”

Getting the error as below
