EM13c : How To Force Refresh Oracle Homes Missing Configuration? (Doc ID 2576726.1)

Goal

In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control, Every discovered and promoted ORACLE_HOME target in EM should have inventory collections details. These details are captured as part of the 'oracle_home_config' configuration snapshot on a daily basis, and are needed to do any of the life-cycle operations through EM.

If these collections were missing, we can force refresh those collection. The steps to perform this are explained in this document.
