EM 13c:DBaaS:Deploying Rac DBaaS Fails with Error "ASM may not be configured, or ASM disk groups are not created yet" (Doc ID 2577617.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to deploy the RAC DBaaS getting the below error

Deployment procedure logs :

Database Creation(Job Step)

[FATAL] [DBT-05801] There are no ASM disk groups
detected.
CAUSE: ASM may not be configured, or ASM disk groups are not created yet.
ACTION: Create ASM disk groups, or change the storage
location to File System.

Prerequisite checks for database creation failed.
Operation Failed. Refer logs at
/<DB_HOME>/rconfig/rconfig_<time_stamp>.log for more details.

emrconfig exited with 256 at - line 1242.
