Symptoms

When attempting to restore the PDB from backup getting the below error.

Deployment Procedure logs:

Generic diagnostic info was written to <DB_HOME>/emdiag/oracle/jobs/p_11796808/General_Diagnostic_Info.txt
Correlation Key: EM-05504
PDB creation failed.
Operation Failed. Refer logs at <DB_HOME>/cfgtoollogs/rconfig/rconfig_04_09_18_22_47_59.log for more details.
