FLEET: UPDATE_SIHA Fails With "Fails in execution crsctl query crs activeversion" (Doc ID 2578613.1)

When you are attempting to execute the UPDATE_SIHA Command Fails in Execute Root Scripts with "Failed in executing crsctl query crs activeversion" during emcli verb submission.

Command Snippet:

$ emcli db_software_maintenance -performOperation -name="Update GI" -purpose=UPDATE_SIHA -target_list='has_xxxx' -target_type='has' -normal_credential="SIHA_ORACLE:SYSMAN" -privilege_credential="SIHA_ROOT:SYSMAN"

Failed Step Message:

Run Script:
/opt/crs/product/ -I /opt/crs/product/ -I /opt/crs/product/ -I
/opt/crs/product/ /opt/crs/product/ -upgrade >
Exit code is : 0
Using configuration parameter file:
Creating trace directory
/opt/crs/product/ query crs
activeversion ... failed rc=-1 with message:
Failure in execution (rc=-1, 0, No such file or directory) for command
/opt/crs/product/ query crs activeversion


 UPDATE_SIHA going to upgrade flow.
