EM 13c:DBaaS:Deploying PDBaaS Fails with the Error " /tmp/ does not have enough space" (Doc ID 2579845.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to deploy pluggable database failing with the error " /tmp/ does not have enough space"

Deployment Procedure/ Job logs states as below :

Pluggable Database Creation:(Job Step)

1:prepareConfig:prepareConfig
Successfully created the temporary staging location(s).
[<tmp_path>/20180413_201715800, <tmp_path>/20180413_201715800/69c18eeebf4e1466e0532625250a4268/incident]
Config data preparation complete.
------------------------------------------------------------
Pluggable Database Storage validation failed Error: /tmp/ does not have enough space. Required space is 2048 MB , available space is 1019 MB.

Generic diagnostic info was written to /<emdiag_home>/oracle/jobs/p_38666640/General_Diagnostic_Info.txt
Correlation Key: EM-05504
PDB creation failed.
Operation Failed. Refer logs at /<DB_HOME>/cfgtoollogs/rconfig/rconfig_<time_stamp>.log for more details
