Symptoms

Enterprise Manager (EM) 13.2 Cloud Control

A database cloning operation fails in EM with the following error:

The navigation path is Oracle Database > Cloning > Clone Management
Using the "Switch to Classic Clone" pages
Using "classic" wizard with online backup - RMAN option, clicking the Next button after setting the FRA errors with:

Error
Unexpected error occurred.
Please contact Oracle Support with these files.

<EM_INSTANCE_BASE>/user_projects/domains/<domain_name>/servers/<SERVER_NAME>/logs/access.log
