OEM Standalone Console Does Not Save Details About Added Databases (Doc ID 258262.1)

Symptoms

When the console is launched in standalone mode, the connect details for the remote databases are added by the user.
However if the console is exited, and the relaunched, the databases which were added have not been saved.
