EM13c : Compliance Rule Run-Test Does Not Work Correctly (Doc ID 2585691.1)

In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control, While performing a Run Test for a Compliance Rule, the results are not correct.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a Configuration Extension (CE).

Enterprise -> Configuration -> Configuration Extension

Add a SQL query for the CE.

2. Create a Agent-Side Compliance Rule using the CE created above.

Enterprise ---> Compliance ---> Library ---> Compliance Standard Rule Tab

During the creation of rule, there is an option to test the results for a target.
Mention a target DB and Run Test doesn’t return any results.

This is not the correct result as the direct execution of same SQL used during creation on CE on the target DB results some rows.
