Symptoms

Analyzing a Patch Plan (for instance, patch 27695940) for a target 11.2.0.4 database running on Windows in Enterprise Manager (EM) 12c Cloud Control fails with the following console error:

Mon Nov 26 14:16:41 2018 - Checking for the OPatch location

Mon Nov 26 14:16:41 2018 - OPatch from 'E:\oracle\T\12.1.0.2\OPatch\opatch.bat' will be used to apply the Interim Patch.
