Importing User/Server Certificate to wallet Fails with error 'No matching certificate request in the wallet' (Doc ID 2588423.1)

Symptoms

Need to secure OEM with third party certificates as per <Note 2202569.1>
A wallet is created and third party certificates are being imported to it.
Importing User/Server Certificate to wallet Fails with error 'No matching certificate request in the wallet'
Some times we get the error as 'PKI-04006: No matching private key in the wallet.' also
