Symptoms

Enterprise Manager Cloud Control is raising diagnostic incidents with the following key:

Problem Key: DFW-99998 [java.lang.NullPointerException][oracle.sysman.core.tc.ui.TCDetailsBean.getPanelHeaderText][emgc]

The readme file incide the incident package is showing this error:

MESSAGE : [ServletContext@222286922[app:emgc module:/em path:null spec-version:3.0]] Servlet failed with an Exception
javax.el.ELException: Problems calling function 'emfunc:browserTitle'
at com.sun.el.parser.AstFunction.getValue(AstFunction.java:126)
at com.sun.el.ValueExpressionImpl.getValue(ValueExpressionImpl.java:224)
at org.apache.myfaces.trinidad.bean.FacesBeanImpl.getProperty(FacesBeanImpl.java:73)
