Symptoms

Unable to access BIP Reports from Enterprise Manager (EM) 13c Console for OMSs behind an Software Load Balancer (SLB).

Accessing Enterprise -> Reports -> BI Publisher Enterprise Reports

ERROR

BI Publisher Server is UP on all OMSs

No errors in either BIP or EMGC_Domain logs at the time of attempted access.
