Symptoms

On : 13.2.1.0.0 version, Target OVD:

Unable to to monitor OVD 11g (11.1.1.9) using OEM

The target shows error message:

ERROR

(i) INFORMATION
Metric Collection Error exist for this target. Few metrics will not be collected. For Example, Adapter Metrics, Adapter Metrics, Listener Metrics. Please check the logs. Verify the monitoring credentials for the target if needed.
