Goal

How to make EM OMS DST Compliant?

NOTE: This year there was no daylight saving time in Brazil, and you may notice the Enterprise Manager Console is showing wrong time.
The procedures here are similar to Note 553534.1, but takes into account the OMS has no internet connection to access the online tzdata bundle at: https://www.iana.org/time-zones/repository/tzdata-latest.tar.gz

This document will assist with correcting this problem.
