[EM 13c ] Agent Upgrade From 13.2 To 13.3 Process Gets Timed Out Due to Core Files

Symptoms
From EM 13.3 Console, Upgrading agent from 13.2 to 13.3 gets timedout.
Core files are getting generated during the upgrade process in the below folder & the upgrade process is getting failed,
<AGENT_BASE_DIR>/backup_agtup/backup_<timestamp>/agent_inst/sysman/emd
Upgrade process hangs or timesout with the following messages in the upgrade job step:

INFO: Copying from: ..<AGENT_BASE_DIR>/agent_inst/sysman/config to ..<AGENT_BASE_DIR>/backup_agtup/backup_<Timestamp>/agent_inst/sysman/config
