Symptoms

In Enterprise Manager Cloud Control when trying to run Simulate Rule for an Incident Rule using a metric alert the Simulation seems to hang showing only below information:

Step 2: Review Simulation Results
If the expected result does not appear below, refer to "Troubleshooting" section
under "Setting Up Rulesets" in Administrator's Guide.
