OATS OFB:Login To OFB Console Fails With Message: UserName or Password is incorrect

Symptoms
OFB installation has been done and login to OFB Console works with first attempt.
Subsequent attempts to login to OFB Console fails with message: UserName or Password is incorrect
- Weblogic console login works fine with user 'OFB'
- Both 'Administrator' and 'OFB' password is the same .
- Verify datasource is successful from weblogic console
Login to weblogic console as OFB user.
Click on Services >> Data Sources
Click on KWDT Data Source
Click on monitoring
Click on Testing
Select checkbox against server and hit 'Test Data Source'
- OFB database is UP and login works fine.
