OEM (13.2) Agent Sending "Supplied date is in the future" Alerts During DST (Daylight Saving Time) Change (Doc ID 2619359.1)

Symptoms

Whenever DST (Daylight Saving Time) changes occur, OEM (13.2) sends Alerts like below:

(Agent has both the EM-AGENT Bundle Patch 13.2.0.0.190630 & EM DB Plugin Bundle Patch 13.2.2.0.190630.)

Update: The above Alert email is for an 11.2.0.4.0 DB, but this happens for all of our Databases.
