OEM (13.2) Agent Sending "Supplied date is in the future" Alerts During DST (Daylight Saving Time) Change

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Whenever DST (Daylight Saving Time) changes occur, OEM (13.2) sends Alerts like below:

(Agent has both the EM-AGENT Bundle Patch 18.104.22.168.190630 & EM DB Plugin Bundle Patch 22.214.171.124.190630.)
Update: The above Alert email is for an 126.96.36.199.0 DB, but this happens for all of our Databases.
