EM 13c: Enterprise Manager 13c Cloud Control Agent Sends Alerts during DST (Daylight Saving Time): Change Supplied date is in the future (Doc ID 2619359.1)

Symptoms

Whenever DST (Daylight Saving Time) changes occur, Enterprise Manager (EM) 13.2 Cloud Control sends alerts like this:

(Agent has both the EM-AGENT Bundle Patch 13.2.0.0.190630 & EM DB Plugin Bundle Patch 13.2.2.0.190630.)

Update: The above Alert email is for an 11.2.0.4.0 DB, but this happens for all of our Databases.
