Symptoms

Fleet Maintenance in Enterprise Manager (EM) 13.2.2 Cloud Control overwrites the tnsnames.ora file for each emcli UPDATE_DB or UPDATE_RACDB execution on the target databases. This effect applies to the multiple database targets sourced from the same Oracle Home.
